Registration validity, event rules, pass conditions and organizer rights for the Early Bird Delegate Pass.
Registration is valid only after successful payment verification. The Early Bird Delegate Pass fee is ₹4,999.
The registration pass is issued to the registered participant and is non-transferable unless approved by the organizing team. Participants must provide accurate registration and billing details.
Entry to the conference is subject to successful registration confirmation and valid identity verification at the venue.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the agenda, speaker list, session flow, venue arrangements, or schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
The registration fee covers only the inclusions mentioned on the registration page. Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
