Cancellation & Refund Policy

When refunds apply, what details are required, and the refund timeline for your registration.

Registration fee once paid is non-refundable except in the following cases: duplicate payment made by the same participant, payment deducted but registration not recorded, or event cancellation by the organizer.

How to request an eligible refund

For eligible refund requests, participants must email contact@studiumtech.in with full name, registered email ID, mobile number, Razorpay Payment ID and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

When refunds are not provided

No refund will be provided for no-show, inability to attend, incorrect details submitted by the participant, or cancellation requests made after registration confirmation.

If the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, the registration may be transferred to the revised event date.
